Worst service ever!! Don’t even try to call them they don’t answer their phones

This store was absolutely horrible. The employees are beyond rude and refused to give the name of their store manager or give the number to their corporate office. After obtaining the information on my own, a complaint was filed. The way their employees conducted themselves were more than just unprofessional, it was apparent that disciplinary actions and future customer service training is needed.
The employees are helpful and friendly. It is so nice to shop there, especially after the store's remodel. During this Covid-19 pandemic, the staff are doing a great job. Thank you to each and every person who works at this location.
I have been going to this store since 1993 when it was Longs. The staff is so friendly and helpful. A lot of the staff is from the old Longs name. They are knowledgeable and caring about the customers needs and will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of in a timely manner

I am a biomedical researcher who received the worst customer consult ever at this CVS store. After waiting a long time with just one customer paying for medications in front of me, I was given rushed, awkward, and incomplete instructions on how to use a Victoza dispenser and a glucose meter. When I noted how unclear the instructions were, the pharmacist said, "I am trying to be patient with you" as though the problem understanding him was obviously my fault. The only way I learned how to use the glucose meter was from a non-CVS pharmacy technician in line with me. After her help, the CVS pharmacist was not available to answer a follow-up question I had on the Victoza pen. I will never use this CVS location again.
