I have used Computer Pro2Call on a couple of different occasions, once when I was hacked and real damage was done. Thankfully they recovered all of the data that I had worked on for 3 years which was vital to my business. The second time was due to my inadvertent mistake of giving away personal data and compromising my online security. I'll start off by saying this place is a 5/5 in every aspect. My laptop had some glitch and it wouldn't turn on or work, even though it's about 3 months old. And I was moving out of town in like 3 days so I was on a real time crunch. I bring the machine over to Robert and his team in the store, and they take a look at what's up and run some diagnostics. They gave me an initial break down and what's surprising is that they're totally transparent! They explained the problem, gave me the pricing break down, and explained everything. Best of all, unlike other computer places I've been to, they don't overcharge you for things and only bill you for what was done. Totally honest service and fair! Best of all, they got my machine fixed the same day and I was able to bring it with me for the move. These guys are just awesome with great service, pricing, and overall reliable and fast. If your machine breaks or something's up, bring it here ASAP. Thanks!
