Horrible company to contract with. I am a Provider they contract with, and have not been paid for 7 months, even though they say you would be reimbursed at the most in 3 months. I have left over 30 voicemails, faxes, written messages between November 2016 and now and have not received one response. And what's worse, now none of their phone numbers work! If nothing changes, I will have to consider pursuing legal advice just to get my payments!
