They have a lot of really good stuff, some of the employees are nice and 2 have attitude issues that need to be worked on. So that's where the 3 comes in at. As a customer that comes in all of the time, I don't need anyone getting smart with me and getting upset because I ask you a simple question. I will be going over to Total Wine & More where it's more friendly, the store is way bigger and it's cheaper. I would rather spend my hard earned working money with people who appreciate my business and that aren't going to be nasty. Being a nurse I have my days where we have a lot on our plate, so I definitely don't need to come to the store to feel like I'm in the wrong about asking when will an item be in stock. If you don't know ...just say I'm sorry ma'am but I'm not sure. But not, I'm not a manager and I can't give out that kind of information. I'm good on it

I order online and go in to pick up. You receive an email telling you it is ready It is so efficient. I never have to wait for someone to help me. Love that service

This place has many brands of wine,beer or liquor you need or just want to try out for the first time. Its also nice if you want to buy a friend or family a gift. I would recommend this place to a family or friend.

There was a line to get in. I waited maybe 15 minutes. The gentleman at the door (I'm sorry i didn't get his name) was friendly and helpful. The store was clean, well stocked and the cashiers were pleasant. Great job BevMo!
