Took my mom here to replace her broken phone. Mom had a "retired" plan. The woman that assisted us was really helpful. She ran the numbers to show us what the cost increase will be because you can't purchase a new phone and keep a retired plan. The difference was staggering but the woman suggested we just buy an unlocked phone so mom could keep her retired plan. Great suggestion! Appreciated her helping my mom and not trying to talk her into spending more money. Mom is on a fixed income and doesn't need the 700 phone. Went to Best Buy, got an unlocked phone for less than 200 which has a big screen, nice camera, and good resolution. Mom is very happy now.

Good guy Gabriel! So we were having a hard time with some activation issues that had us locked out, Gabriel overheard the situation, and leaped into action. Patient, listens to every word, sure-- be he also listened deeper to our actual intent and knows how to navigate that massive divide between man and machine systems. Put me at absolute ease. 10/10, recommend.

Jose was our sales associate. Excellent customer service. All of our questions and concerns were handled quickly. Knew plans well and helped us see all of our options. Manager was also very helpful. I would recommend this store and specifically Jose for anyone looking to switch to AT&T.

Watch and pay attention they will do anything and tell you anything to make a sell i hold a business account and i came on 10 mins till closing cause that the time i had they turned me around saying this is the last person they're going to help cause its gonna take a wail and i told them i just need a sims card no activation or nothing just a card
