I don't know why the people give them five star or four star the two ladies on the shipping office they deserve zero star for the rude behavior my appointment was at 5:00 and she said your appointment at 6:00 but my appointment was showing at 5:00 I checked in again at 5:15 and the ladies said we are off now came back again at 6 pm.. need to take some serious actions for shipping office. The shipping office worker very slow and unprofessional.

The Truck Entrance is on California just north of Palmetto. First get out of the truck. The guard at the gate asks for the name of the broker of the load your picking up, and then runs your ID through a swipe machine, and makes copies of your ID, and then a photo of you without the mask, gives you a sticker visitor badge with your photo on it, and then walks to the back of your trailer checking that you're empty. Then you drive to receiving and park in one of the spaces 43-50 on your left. Receiving is by dock 71. Then wait outside the door because only 4 people are allowed to wait inside the receiving office at a time. Then get a dock door number assignment, then get loaded, a green light, and then drive back to receiving where you have to park in spaces 43-50 by the receiving office again so they can put a seal on the back of your trailer (do this first or you'll wait in line twice for your paperwork) after re-parking in spaces 43-50 go inside receiving and get your Bill of Lading, and exit gate pass. Then as you exit the guard at the same gate runs your ID AGAIN, makes a copy of your Bill of Lading, takes your exit pass, takes a photo of you AGAIN and checks your seal. Very Friendly People.
Truck Entrance on California St, The security person will take ID and handle it with bare hands, lol and will ask u to take off ur mask for photo.. well inside the facility mask is must. Will check ur trailer is clean from inside or not, ask u abt broker. Drive straight and park near door 71 on left side. Walk inside with load nbr starting with 7000..... rest they will explain u everything. Helpful staff.
Really less than 1 star. Make sure you have the right 7000 number or u can’t check in. Bol number is no good. Also this place takes forever to load and is packed with trucks waiting to check in.
