I request them take my load early delivery but thy not work with my load i have emergency at home now i m waiting outside at street

Long wait to get loaded, lady at the window whent to lunch and 4 drivers waiting. They need to alternate with another person for lunch. Poor service. We drivers need to keep rolling.
