Lucky to have a high quality Audi specialist so close to home. James is very knowledgeable, which helps when faults are obvious all the time. Which ultimately saves money in wasted parts and labour with other less experienced garages. Always takes the time to explain the possible faults and associated costs without even having to look at a computer.
Having used the services of James at VDS Performance on 5 or 6 occasions now, I can thoroughly recommend his company. He has conducted various jobs from a full service to suspension work on my 167k mile 3.0 Audi A6 Avant, his work has always been completed to a high standard on time and good value for money . His approach to the way he runs his business is exemplary, with great communication skills too !
James is extremely knowledgeable, has great attention to detail and is quick to keep you updated. Most significantly for me, James is flexible in his approach and willing to work with the customer to find a solution. Despite being quite a distance from me, I've used VDS throughout the years for servicing and maintenance on my VW Golf mk5 GTi and Audi 8P S3. I've found it's difficult to find a specialist that has all three of: expertise, integrity and flexibility. James is exemplary of those characteristics and I would highly recommend.
