Lovely staff, the service is excellent and timely. The prices here are easily the best in Redhill.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! Completely ruined 100 bridesmaid dress. No apology just pathetic excuses. They destroyed decorative embellishment & net material was left torn. Owner was rude and unhelpful. Dress unwearable. No compensation was offered & had to fight to get my money back for cleaning cost. Utterly deplorable.
Took Levis suede jacket for dry cleaning.Had general dust/dirt build up but nothing heavy duty.Asked to sign disclaimer and I (foolishly) paid the 45 in advance for the jacket to be sent away to their specialist and ready for collection in 2 weeks.On return the asst gave me the jacket in the hanger and cellophane cover.Luckily i pulled out the jacket before leaving.It was EXACTLY the same as before.I don't believe they had even touched it.Small dirt marks that can easily be removed with a damp cloth were still there and behind the collar/pockets and it still smelt dirty.The asst could not admit it was dirty and after 5 or so minutes said he could send it away again to a different specialist but didn't offer a refund.I showed it to a dry cleaners in Caterham who confirmed it hadn't been cleaned.Will now attempt to clean at home with the help of net blogs.I think 'The Finishing Touch' should learn to start to touch before they finish.Will not use again and not recommended.......
3 white shirts to be cleaned and pressed got back clean but not pressed, still full of creases. Given a excuse it's because they are cotton!
