Sam capped our gables with PVC in wood grain effect black and they look great. We are very pleased with his work. He was friendly, informative, professional, fairly priced and prompt. We will go back to him in the future for any roof related need we have.

Sam removed & replaced my 20year old loft roof. Him & his team was very professional, excellent communication from day of quote to when work was completed. The work was done to an exceptional high standard and I am very pleased with the result.
We had cladding, soffit and fascia replaced at the back of our house. Sam was fantastic - quick to quote and was able to start the work when we needed it. He also fixed cladding at the front of the house and cleared the gutters for us. The work was completed to a very high standard and he kept us updated with progress daily by phone, text and email. The pricing was also very reasonable. Overall we are very happy with the job and would highly recommend. Thanks Sam!
Great service from start to finish. I started off with a gutter repair but asked Sam to come back and replace a couple of broken tiles on my porch roof because I was very impressed. No job too small - quick, reliable, polite and courteous. I will be keeping Kilpatrick & Son's number on my phone for any other roofing jobs that crop up.
