There was a problem with my order - basically DHL lost it. I contacted Freezecakes and they sent out another, which arrived the next day. Very tasty. I wasn’t that keen on Charlie but husband has happily taken it off my hands. The others are delicious. Thanks for the great customer service.

Freezecakes is such a great idea! I loved the packaging and the flavours. All three were just so delicious. Completely worth every penny as you can tell how much work and time goes into producing every pot. I really enjoyed tasting them all.. lily rose was my fave though I’d thoroughly recommend them to anyone, an amazing treat!
Handmade, hand potted, absolutely delicious & available UK wide, what more could you ask for?! I've been following the journey of Freezecakes & when the wait was finally over, the finished product DID NOT disappoint!!! I'm not a chocolate cheesecake kinda gal, prefer a vanilla or caramel flavour but all 3 flavours are insane! Already on my second order & there will be many, many more. Well done Freezecakes on a fantastic product!!!
Such an innovative idea, but wasn’t sure if the tubs would live up to expectations. Thankfully they completely surpassed them, and they were absolutely phenomenal. They’re NOTHING like ice cream, and if you’re a cheesecake fiend then they’ll be everything you could possible hope for! Well done, guys - bloody awesome work!
This is literally the best thing I have eaten all year! These are absolutely gorgeous- my favourite is the lemon cheesecake. Delivery was fantastic- secure and frozen solid so no chance of them being messy. 15-20 mins out and they’re perfect to eat straight out the tub!
Genius idea. They are hands down the dogs danglies of frozen deserts! You can’t put the tub down. Bonnie and Clyde is our favourite but they are all so nice. These have to become mainstream in the frozen food aisle. Once dispatched, delivery was second to none. Arrived really quickly and early in the day. No qualms about the products condition as they were sent in a frozen box.
Amazing Frozen cheesecake. They are all my favourite flavours, don’t want to run out of them! Will definitely be ordering more once I run out. Amazing communication from Freezecakes, brilliant customer service. “Top notch”! ️ They are hand potted, so not like other types of frozen foods that are made by big machines, so it gives it the personal touch and you just know that thought and care has gone into the product! Would 100% recommend trying these! So worth the money!
I order freezecakes as soon as they were available. It's a game changer. My favourite is Lily Rose, my husband prefers Boonie and Clyde and my daughter likes Charlie. It's a whole new dimension of flavours cheesecake but frozen as ice cream. Very happy with the product and the service. Very friendly staff, polite and professional.
