My laptop, which I rely heavily on for my business decided to have a breakdown at a very crucial point recently. I contacted DLG, who had been recommended to me by a friend, and they were my lifesaver. A lovely lady called Charlie answered my call and dealt with my repair from that point on. She was professional and kept me up to date on what was wrong and timescales for collection. It needed a new hard drive and this was replaced without any data being lost and I now have my laptop back in better shape than I think it's ever been! Charlie thank you so much! I highly recommend DLG for their professionalism, knowledge, technical understanding and responsiveness.
