Had a video chat which left me feeling pretty good regarding the fact we were moving to an EU country after Brexit. I was assured that it wouldn't be a problem for this company as far as the paperwork and we'd have our stuff in two days but, when the time came it was a total mess. The movers were great and efficient but, we couldn't get a straight answer as to when we'd get our stuff, long story short we had to hire another company from where we moved to to go to this company and get our stuff.

Can't say enough about our move from the US to the UK. Thank you to Robert Lane and Cam, Roger & Kevin at R.C.Mason Movers, Inc. from Peabody, Mass. for the excellent and seamless move to the UK. to Laura Manktelow at Brittannia Movers (who contracted with L & G Removals - Mike, Bob & Luke) to deliver my household - polite, willing and very careful with so many fragile items. Turned up earlier than expected as did the driver and were thoroughly professional throughout. You were all outstanding and made it so easy. You guys are the BEST!

Moved to UK from the States, Britannia were the contracted movers from the company I used in the States. They picked up my items after clearing customs and brought them to my home in Scotland. Shipment was delayed longer than expected but with Covid restrictions and Brexit, I understand. I would use them again.

Sean and Stephen on the sales team were incredibly patient and quick to respond to my questions and change requests after my move location and timeline changed. Peter and Vince did the actual moving and were nothing but professional and helpful. They were punctual, took great care to pack all my items and so cordial. Would highly recommend for an international move.

The service was excellent. They delivered all my delicate and fragile chinaware and crystalware (57 boxes!) from the UK to Turkey without a single one broken. Everything was very neatly wrapped. Very profesional service from start to finish with Gina coordinating this excellent service.
