Pretty rude staff and racist! Please never step inside this place. What an awful staff... The lady who serves the coffee has a totally vomiting personality with the customers.

STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO COURT!! Staff are undertrained and incompetent. Received a letter in the post from QDR solicitors claiming I left without payment and I now have to pay an outstanding fee twice the cost of what I filled up. The cashier at the time did not carry out there job correctly and did not process my payment, and when questioned by management lied and put blame on my behalf. Any failure on the staffs behalf should be compensated on the company's behalf and should not reprimand the customer instead. Very unprofessional way of conducting business and WILL NOT EVER return to this store and I suggest people do the same.

Went to BP/M&S around 21:45 to buy something for dinner only to find you can only use the window to buy anything. I was under the impression customers were able to enter the establishment up until 10pm. The bloke I spoke to was incredibly rude and had no explanation as to why it was closed. Poor customer service.

Been going here two years. Pros: good petrol, great little store with lots of choice and m&s is excellent quality in terms of food. Staff generally friendly. Cons: sometimes busy (like all petrol stations) and something's are overpriced and they stop selling alcohol at 10.40 not 11pm.
