MY ROOF HAS LEAKED EVER SINCE THEY CONVERTED IT. THEY SAY IT IS CONDENSATION, I SAY IT IS RAIN LEAKING IN. WE NEVER HAD CONDENSATION LEAKING INTO THE CONSERVATORY IN THE 12 YEARS PRIOR TO THE WORK BEING DONE. NOW IT LEAKS ALL THE WHILE AFTER DRIVING RAIN SINCE THEY DID IT. THEY HAVE ABANDOND US TO LIVE WITH THE ROOF LEAKING LIKE THIS FOREVER. WE HAVE NO IDEA NOW HOW TO PUT THIS RIGHT, THEY ARE NOT CONCERNED AT ALL, OUR E MAILS GO UNANSWERED
