Well I wouldn’t call it a “park” unless you setup playground equipment or an oval on the edge of a cliff edge. This is a cliff edge providing a 180 degree vantage point to few they Pacific Ocean and beaches close by. Free parking 5 metres from cliff edge also which will give you an opportunity to see occasional whales
