Been trying for 3 weeks to get an appointment just for script renewal, have had to wait more 30 minutes before they answer the phone even though being told ring right on 8.30am. So I ask just how hard is to request a renewal of a script it should be able to print one off so that you could pick it up at the desk (this used to available with previous medical centres as long as you were an established patient) you still pay your consulting fee. Tried the online booking service and all you get once you enter your booking code is 'SORRY SOMETHING SEEMS TO HAVE GONE WRONG Time to change Doctors I think. You can accept this once or twice but repeatedly when you rely on your medication. I actually started trying 2 weeks prior to me running out of my medication so it wasn't a last minute thing.
