Completely unsatisfactory, very upset how you made a time with me to collect our old bed and did not bother to turn up after I waited all day, not even a phone call from you. Found another mattress recycling business instead, will not be calling you again and too bad I can not give you a minus on the star ratings here.

Very rude female answers the phone on Newcastle number and when finally arrived to collect my mattress, they would not issue a receipt, tax dodgers much? Rumor has it they use to trade as Dreamsafe and a history search confirms as much, they were the mob that left thousands of mattresses in sheds and conveniently went bankrupt but still operate today as Landsavers. Would recommend avoiding these as# wiipes
Don't touch this company. I should have read the reviews first. They take your money up front, agree on a time and service which includes collecting the mattress from your house, then the night before say they are coming that night instead and ask you to drag the mattress out to the road yourself and leave it there. I was not home and there was no way my partner could have dragged our old mattress on her own so she had to disturb the neighbors during dinner to get them to help her.
Landsavers today, dreamsafe yesterday. What name will you trade under tomorrow I wonder (that's not a question). Despicable how you take.people's money then plead bankrupt amd start up again under new names, moron's.
PATHETIC, didn't turn up when told they would. waited an hour before i had to call them. ended up calling newcastle mattress recyclers and they were here in a flash and cheaper too
Hopeless. I have called several times and no one answers the phone.
