Lovely family walking destination. Plenty of routes to chose from, both long and short. Good for both kids and adults. My little girl had a great time and as did me and my partner.

Really great place to visit with the kids. Plenty of play areas with lots of walking and cycling tracks to follow that were greatly signposted and easy to follow. Due to covid we didn't get to try the cafe out there was a ice cream van in the car park with a butty van though. Parking was 6 for the full day. Well worth a visit
A fantastic forest with plenty of walking and cycling trails, play areas, Gruffalo trail, river, picnic areas and cafe. Perfect for a walking, cycling, horse riding. Plenty of parking and very reasonable parking charges (options from 20 mins to all day) making for a fabulous day in a panoramic setting. Well planned tracks and trails for all ages and abilities. Very child and dog friendly. Definitely recommend.
Great place for kids to play, and all sort of exercises. The lake through it is the most amazing part
Our grandson loved the exploring and various play equipment as we went round. Parking for day is 6 pounds and they are lots of lovely picnic spots. Toilets are open and very clean.
