Redd's is absolutely fantastic! The food always has great flavor and the portion sized are awesome for what you pay. The staff is helpful, kind, and patient. They are always willing to give your recommendations. Don't forget: you can buy the sauces and take them home with you for even more enjoyment!

This is our go to place when we visit Pennsylvania and it does not disappoint! We love everything on the menu, the sauces are amazing and the sampler platters allow you to enjoy a variety of the smoked meats. Honestly if you love bbq you HAVE to eat here!
*Update I visited here during a work function 4 years ago. Amazing! Got the chance this past summer(2020) to return and bring my wife this time. I had raved about how good it was, she thought I was just over-exaggerating. After having it, she turned to me and went, “Nope, you under exaggerated just how good it was.” She has already asked when we can come back up to Carlisle to visit Redd’s again!
We tried this place for the first time a few weeks ago as our normal \ go to\ BBQ spot was closed. Our meals were absolutely delicious! Upon arriving and picking up our order I was greeted and while paying, the owner ( I assume) asked which sauces I would like to take with me. I chose the Carolina sauce and the honey mustard. The Carolina sauce was phenomenal. I'm thankful to have such a wonderful establishment close by to grab some great food. P.s. the bacon on a stick should be illegal. I had one bite ( my husband was kind enough to share with me ) and have to say it was pretty delicious.
What a great place!! My father and I went here after truck fest. The food here is amazing. The prices are great. The atmosphere is friendly. I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this place.
