I have been working for Wardtec for a year now and have to say it is the BEST job I have ever had. The management and all the staff here are very friendly and make you feel part of the team. It has been a long time since I could say I LOVE MONDAY'S !!! and I truly do !!!

In my experience, WardTec have produced extremely high quality CNC machined components, and achieved a very very good tolerance. Their prices are fair, and service is excellent. Highly recommended.
I Do not advise anybody to work here, the management have No compassion / leaneancy for anyones personal problems....Car problems on second week of employment which meant i arrived late in and i was sacked even with proof (garage photos with time and dates and receipts) of why I was late management wasn't interested. Very unfair.... 1 strike and you're gone rule no second chance for any other things which may occur in people's personal lifes.
Have worked here for 21 years and have always found the management to be very under standing with personal problems especially when my mum past away many years ago
