Extremely pleased with our recent visit for my husband to have an eye test. He has aphasia after a stroke. The staff were helpful and patient. He is now really pleased with his new glasses

Had an eye test recently at this store. Online booking was quick and easy arrived 5 mins before my appointment time as instructed which was scheduled for 25 mins for an eye test. Ended up waiting about 30 after the initial greeting for the optician to finish with another customer. Before being teteded,Ended up being in the store for well over a hour and still came away with no glasses. Optician was great and thorough during the examination. front of house staff disinterested and didn't listen to what I wanted to busy trying to talk about all the offers they had on even though I had already decided what glasses I wanted.

Made me get glasses even though i had perfect vision but convinced me to get glasses with the blue tint thing as I get headaches from working on a computer

Booked both my children in for their eye tests. My youngest didn't have an eye test before, so was quite nervous. But the optometrist, Abid, took his time and all went well. The staff outside was friendly and the general atmosphere in the shop was relaxed. Would recommend to anyone.
