Ordered food New Years Eve and they phoned me and said they had no bbq ribs left, they virtually ordered me too order something else. Because of the attitude the woman gave me over the phone I cancelled the order and asked for a full refund. The incomplete order turned up at my door, so I turned the food away as I had already cancelled it. Again phoned them asked again for refund. Have I got it? No, they owe me 18 Why they think they can steal peoples money is beyond me, and I know if I went to the restaurant it would probably get a bit heated and that is not what I'm after just the money. Order from somewhere else you might be doing yourselves a favour

Went here last night for a family birthday meal but it is not an experience I shall be repeating. Firstly they could do with hiring staff that know what they're serving and have some experience in customer service, we had multiple servers and nobody seemed to know whether our order had been taken as we kept being asked if they could take our order when we had already given it. They served over the top of your head, passing things across the table, twice I had a hot dish knocked into my head whilst food was being passed over the top of me. One of our servers brought out sesame prawn toasts and announced 'who ordered these biscuit things', when we told him they were prawn toasts he said, 'they give me stuff and shout what it is but I can't understand what they're saying' , sounds like amazing communication between staff....NOT! Food was ok, not amazing, some of it was a bit greasy, my daughter had stir fried vegetables and when she bit into the baby corn she gagged on the taste, she had to take them all out of the dish as they were a yellowish grey colour and looked off, when she gave the corn to the waitress she just smiled and said 'ok,it's because they are tinned' so the stir fried veg isn't even fresh it's out of a tin! They were definitely not the right colour and they were definitely off! All in all some of the food is mediocre and some of it is below average, it is definitely overpriced at 18.50 per person and a 3 charge if you leave anything, my daughter had to tell the waitress she would not be paying a 3 charge for something that was inedible, which thankfully she did accept. Definitely wouldn't recommend and won't be going again! Also when you Google this place it comes up us 'Red Chamber' but when you get there it's called 'Long Sun' sounds a bit dodgy to me!

Now The long sun..... name is very accurate....LONG !!! We arrived at 6pm, waiting around 40 minutes to be asked what we would like to drink and this was only after we asked. Then around 20 minutes later we ordered our starters, we were told we had to order our mains at the same time so the kitchen can prepare. Starters arrive around 45 mins after ordering. Food was nice. Then we had a further 45 minute wait until our mains came out, again after chasing them, they only bought out half our parties food while the others had to wait another 20 minutes. Baring in mind we all ordered at the same time and other people who ordered after us were eating!!!! No prawn crackers were bough over on arrival as so on other tables, we only got some when we asked after being seated for 2 hours!!! Overall absolutely shocking service, rude waiters and clearly incapable, seems they were prioritising deliveries over the half empty restaurant. Will not be eating here again, not a very pleasant 3 1/2 hours, just to make matters worse the place was freezing, it was warmer outside!!
