Recently had Bathroom and downstairs cloak room refit, guys worked really hard, lovely products, couple of snags along the way, but Tony came and all was put right. Highly recommend.

Did some toilet and bedroom refurbishing through the company from design stage Design stage interaction was good but when installed could not get to the comode to sit on it due to lack of space between unit under washbasin and toilet unit both chosen by the designer. They got it changed to make it usable. Othewise good workmanship of shower cubicle and toilet as a whole Bedroom - more work than originally planned for; accommodated with additional quote;arranged decoration through the companyafter refurbishing but did not feel that fitting radiator back was their responsibility; had to pay another plumber to fit it; quality of work otherwise was good. Unusual billing arrangements expecting to be paid in the beginning of the week for the work to be undertaken in the week. Could be scored higher if the look after the smaller issues.

I cant thank Tony enough, after fitting a fantastic kitchen, cloakroom and utility room for us just over a year ago I have always kept his number close by. Tonight I got home from work to a dead boiler and no heating on one of the coldest nights of the year, I called Tony to ask if he might know what the problem might be and because it could have been quite a serious problem he drove round to my house straight away, had a look round and found the problem in no time (a frozen pipe believe it or not). I have no hesitation in recommending TH Developments and Kensi Hope Interiors, their products and workmanship are first class and they are not afraid to go above and beyond. Thanks again Tony, I really appreciate your help.
