This Care Home is now run as a money making establishment whose only concern is fleecing their clients for every penny they can.The Carers continue to do a wonderful job but when elderly people get charged every time they ring their bell for any reason, or get charged 3 for being taken down in the lift to sit outside then another 3 for being taken back to their rooms it is absolutely disgusting and the Management should be ashamed of themselves.
Had a tour. Looking to get my mom in there. Very nice place. Lots for them to do there.
