Response time was immediate. A very hard working conscientious man who knows his trade. He did an excellent job for me. Nothing is too much trouble for him. I shall definitely be using him again if I need a plumber. His number is in my records. I would definitely recommend him Changed my mind. 2 months later still had same problem. Left several messages on his answer phone. Never bothered to call me back. Had the problem fixed by another plumber. Changed my mind. WILL NOT NOW RECOMMEND HIM

this company did our bathroom and left us with a big leak just hours after leaving. They then refused to pick up our calls for several days and then pretty much bragged that we will not be able to find them as they had changed address. A bogus 5 year guarantee given upon completion. An independent plumber found several poor fittings with the plumbing and was pretty shocked at the work.
