So today I called up to speak to a SISTER. Who refused to give me medication bcoz of the cost and the CQC looking into this. And banning my husband because of swearing when he has torrets .

The lady you have on reception at the moment is absolutely amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble, she is so so helpful. A major asset to the surgery and has really changed things around. Previous receptionists have made you feel fobbed off and almost bad for ringing but this lady (sorry I don't know her name) is brilliant. Keep hold of her !!
A big shout out for Joan the new receptionist, she went the extra mile today, very impressive and extremely helpful. I know all the staff work hard at this surgery and Joan is a star and deserves additional recognition. Thank you so much.
