Been with Simple servers for over 6 years as our web site hosts. Always courteous and attentive. Good value for money too. Discovering a phone number for when a live person is really necessary, is a bit of a challenge as they avoid listing contacts on their web site. However the ticketing facility works well and efficiently. Certainly recommend them.

Absolutely shocking! Have always used this company and now having unauthorised payments being taken from our account, Server issues leaving us unable to trade and no one responds. Called today for someone to say they cannot respond now as their mum is at the door!! SHOCKING!!!

You have to use their ticket system to raise issues, they do answer phones but issues have to be raised with a ticket, which once you are familiar is a smooth process and they are very proactive. We have hosted for 2 years now and not experienced an issue with their speed of servicing tickets and completion updates. We has a very serious issue recently which was diagnosed and resolved swiftly by them so I can't fault the service. Recommended.

I have been simpleservers for many years, and their support used to be awesome and it was the main reason why I moved (and recommended others to move) more hosting to them.Now I nearly have all my hosting with them. I have been using Simple Servers to host my more challenging sites for a few years now and they have always been a great company to work with, specifically from a support point of view. This weekend I had problem with one of my e-commerce websites resulting in the site crashing and my customer being unable to take orders. Simple Servers managed to identify and fix the problem for me (on a Sunday) within a few hours getting my customers site up and running with the minimum of downtime. My website business uses a couple of hosting companies, but from experience, Simple Servers is definitely the best of them all.
