We all know why we attend a crematorium ,so it's difficult to write a joyous review, but it is a clean and pleasant building internally. With a lovely picture window, giving a wonderful view of the gardens beyond. Extensive parking. Public toilets.

Having attended a few funerals during my years as a resident of Redditch, I have always been impressed by the location of the crematorium, and the beautiful view and tranquillity of the venue. However the acoustics of the main chapel are dreadful, and I'm surprised that nothing has ever been done about it. Has nobody ever considered installing acoustic panels or, at least, soft drapes to deaden the echoes? It is often extremely difficult to hear what is being said during services.
My mother and stepdad, both done there, very well run, clean and tidy.
creatorium site is peacefull and well situated! Unfortunatly the orator appeared to want to move onto the next service and lacked compassion!
