I had no hot water and required assistance to find the problem. A polite young man arrived with all the correct PPE due to COVID 19. He found the problem, gave a quote and fixed the fault. I am a Home care manager and needed an urgent call out for one of our elderly and vulnerable clients. Dan arrived within 30 mins, in full PPE, assessed the issue and repaired there and then.
