Ordered food via foodhub at 12:45 both Google and foodhub showed they were open, waited 2 hours but no food came, later transpired their timings hadn't been updated hence why I was able to order but not recieve anything, after ringing them all I was offered was a refund, dont think much consideration went in to the inconvenience caused, good customer service would've extended a gesture of good will at the very least. Safe to say I'm very put off from ordering from there or using foodhub Hope your timings have now been updated so it doesnt happen to anyone else. On the plus side I hear the food is meant to be good although I've not had it myself
