Nice environment, friendly staff and very efficient. In and out in 10mins. Allow extra time for parking as there is non on site

Woman at the desk was rude, no manners and spoke to me in a patronising manner. Employed by the DVSA or not, when providing a service, a basic level of customer service is needed. Commanded me to do stuff rather than asked. Other lady was okay, but the one at the desk seriously needs training in customer service.
