Went to collect my eBay item as it was an option on my eBay to collect it from Mount Pleasant post office never used this before I was used Argos but due to the amount of queueing I decided to give it a go oh my God what a massive mistake was greeted by it’s not with us it’s not with us we haven’t got it finally they locate it they refuse to give it me because they’re saying it hasn’t got an FM number it’s got the same number that’s on my eBay account my name on it my item ID I on payment they still refuse to give it to me saying I’ve committed fraud in front of loads of customers how embarrassing I cringed! guy clearly been drinking loads aggressive so I’m not putting up with that so I tell him straight doesn’t like it so get aggressive with me. My advise go elsewhere. Long long stressful day at work this is the last thing I need! 17 December 2020
