Great customer service, very professional when dealing with any problems I ran into.
I had a passport photo done if my week old baby and the man who took the pictures was extremely rude because she kept moving (naturally) and to make things worse the picture didn’t pass at the passport office so when I returned to have the pictures retaken the sign was out to say the time he will be back (as always) so as I waited for his return he told me his camera is broke so he can’t take the picture
Good show with facilities readily available which I have always found useful, frames and other products for purchase is good but slightly expensive compared to other places these days. And unfortunately today staff were too concerned speaking in the phone than they were with the customers they had in store which resulted in poor customer care.
Ordered a photo keyring which was a shocking 8 and poor quality.
