I would give 0 starts if I could. I bought a table set in June 2020 (from John Lewis) and received a damaged table. They put me in contact with Kettler. It is unbelievable how incompetent Kettler customer service is. Every two months I was told that I will receive it soon. Finally, I am told that new stock will be in Jan 22nd and I told them I want a delivery in Feb. Today it is Feb 1st and the sales person told me I am not assigned a stock!?!?! What is this? a joke? How incompetent a company could be?!?!?

Very Poor Quality Product and Service Kettler would do well to remember \a good reputation is hard-won and easily lost\ Unfortunately the Kettler name no longer means anything. I have had similar problems to other reviewers. We had a parasol which was rarely used and well looked after. The very low quality tilt button broke after 2 years. We had probably used the parasol 4 or 5 times. I have run out of energy trying to get the problem resolved. A decent company would replace the item - we didn't do anything wrong. It's a manufacturing fault caused by using cheap inappropriate materials for the job it's meant to do. The after care again I'm afraid is very poor. Numerous emails and calls were ignored leaving me to constantly chase up. It almost appears deliberate. Well done everyone at Kettler - I have given up. You should not treat the very people who have supported your business for years so poorly.

Really Pleased! I purchased this Pergola from Bromsgrove Garden Centre last week, it was delivered as arranged. Very pleased with the service and product and Im looking forward to spending time in the garden!.

I’ve purchased a Panosol frame from Kettler, it has lasted little over a year. After 18 emails, 27 phone calls, wasted 2 days holiday, and after over a year I’m still without a Panosol frame. Today I was booked in for 2 engineers to come and deliver and erect my replacement Panosol and no one has showed up. Again I’ve wasted holiday and again ring you up to only find out I was cancelled even tho you booked me in. I did agree for you to send it via email on the 9/7/20 and for me to erect it as I’ve grown tired and inpatient of waiting , but then the next day I received a conformation via email for it to be delivered and erected, and if you have sent it to me I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT! A very poor show from Kettler. I demand something to be done ASAP!

Really pleased with our furniture, table, four chairs and 2 recliners. Looked for ages at cheaper versions, but spending that extra is so worth it Glad we bought the covers for it, they are really well made and so easy to get on and off the furniture. Looking forward to lots of sunny lazy days on our lovely Kettler furniture!!
