I recently visited Halfords in Redditch town centre and it was great to see social distancing working as it should, and the staff were extremely helpful, going above and beyond to help me when purchasing the correct bulb for my car and when fitting it for me. On this occasion my bonnet lock seized up and Nigel managed to get it to lock correctly again after spending some considerable time working on it, for which I was extremely grateful. I can definitely recommend a visit to this store :-)

Friendly staff, clean, tidy garage.
I bought a set of front and rear mudguards, the packaging had been opened, the front mudguard removed leaving only a rear. Clearly a deliberate action. I will now have to return to the shop to exchange. Very poor
Halfords at Redditch is great and easy for me to get to because it is so close to all my shopping destinations. I have just bought a bicycle from there and the whole experience was superb. From ordering the bike to collecting it, having it checked over and getting some really helpful information from the staff about how to get the best from the bike. They all have really good interpersonal skills and are really pleasant. Stef was especially helpful and great at his job. I have since been back and bought some accessories and a bike stand. Brilliant!
