My little bit of me time - great gym just for ladies. No gym bunnies or muscle men or mirrors - timed circuit that means you can easily fit this into any busy day. Today is actually my 10 year anniversary of joining and I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you ladies - instructors and fellow members

Excellent venue, always clean and welcoming. Encouraging friendly staff with lots of patience and knowledge. The members and staff are more like an extended family. An excellent way to get fit, lose weight and make friends.
