A really welcoming environment, with a great team all of whom couldn't do enough to help me. From the knowledge about the phone the staff showed me to the fact that none of them were too pushy, it really helped me feel I could make my own choice on a new phone without feeling forced to take what they wanted me to buy like in other shops in the area. Though I hadn't heard of Go Mobile before, the guys working there all knew their stuff. I could tell that they valued all of their customers and after copying everything from my old phone to my new one they assured me they would be happy to help me with anything I needed on my phone in the future. To make matters better I even got a cup of coffee from them whilst they were doing the contract, I've never had that from any other phone shop in Redditch. All in all a great service from the moment I walked the shop to the moment I left, see you in 2 years for my upgrade!
