Aftercare is atrocious. Wasted so much time going back and forth from store along with many hours on the phone to EE Customer Service. Issue still hasn't been resolved and have been palmed off to 'samsung as they are the manufacturer' even though I purchased the phone through EE. Samsung have also denied liability and suggest I take it back up with EE as I didn't purchase the device through Samsung. The error is a fault in the charging port and has already been sent off for repair twice. When speaking with EE customer services they were very argumentative, patronising and had the audacity to accuse me of lying as they didn't have any record of the first time the phone was sent off for repair...an error on their behalf!? Utter shambles. I am now left with a phone that does not switch on and a year left on my contract. EE have not taken responsibility for selling a faulty phone and have been useless in resolving the matter. Would give minus stars if possible. Avoid.

Sold me a faulty phone and wouldn't allow me to return it after EE support diagnosed as faulty. They told me their policy doesn't allow returns however I referred to the EE website which states "• Within 30 days: You can exchange your device or return your device and cancel your account if the device is faulty. " Several phone calls which go to voicemail and don't get called back and visits to store with no resolution.
