My size was not in store in Redditch, Worcs. but a very efficient lady called Brenda Couldn’t have been more helpful. She ordered my shoes on line with free delivery to my home. They were ordered on Tuesday and arrived , we’ll packaged, at my home on Thursday. I am really pleased both with the shoes and with the service from Deichman , particularly Brenda.
