I would not even give 1 star. They are legally scamming your account by taking money off you for good deal they offer and not bothered to send you the terms of the policy. When it comes to the claim, then they start talking about depreciation of the age and limit which was never discussed on the sell. I am suing this company to social media for being cruel, discriminating my disability and expose me to financial loss due to dishonesty. Do not even try to think about this company. They don't worth a penny They are acting the same way as scammers. They attract you with good deal, when you pay them, that's it. You are done .!

Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Only there to take your money off you, then they tell you one thing over the phone and once they get paid for the full year they don't want to know. They don't deserve even a one star rating, I gave this money to a charity would have felt alot better that giving it to a CON COMPANY like this
Although it seems a good deal when you sign up... as the saying goes “You know how good a policy is when you have to make a claim!!” When my 500 fridge broke down they gave me 140 towards buying another one as it was deemed unrepairable. Now my oven has broken down and they haven’t even bothered to try and fix it but want to offer me 38 towards a new one. It has cost me 50 to get it fixed myself. Needless to say, I have now cancelled the policy and might as well save the 20Pm and just use the money to fix/replace things myself. Total waste of time!! I wonder how long it will take me to get my 20 back!!??
This company are totally unprofessional, happy to take your money and talk the talk, but nothing materialises. Took cover out for 7 appliances , clearly stated the seven Items i wanted covering , upon ringing them 4 times to chase policy documents or an email confirmation, received nothing and then 3 weeks later finally got something and the incorrect appliances had been covered. I paid in full because they said I would get 2 months free cover paid on my credit card. I later decided that I could not trust this company and cancelled the policy . It has now been 28 days and I still have not received a refund. I would strongly advise to stay away from this company . They can not be trusted at all
It takes them one day to deduct money from your account but more than month to refund. Also some of the employees are extremely non professional. Every employee would give you different message about a particular query. I contacted of one of their employees, Debora, an extremely non professional person, about my refund, who instead of helping me started arguments when I criticised the service being provided by the company. Better to look for other choices before going to this company. I’m frustrated with this company.
