First off Andy was the only carpet fitter to answer his phone. He turned up for our appointment on time. We found him to be polite and professional. Andy was very knowledgeable and gave us several options to suit our budget. There was no pressure selling. When Andy turned up to lay our carpet he was very efficient. There was minimal disruption. Andy worked extremely hard and he also cleaned up after himself too. He took all rubbish with him. I would recommend Andy to friends and family without hesitation Thanks Andy. We are delighted with our carpets and the service we received. P&M
