I booked in to have some leg and intimate waxing done, plus a manicure and pedicure in preparation for my holiday. It became apparent during the appointment that I hadn't been booked in for the correct waxing therefore there wasn't enough time to do what I wanted doing. The lady did as much as she could in the time but had to stop in order to have enough time to do my manicure and pedicure. Because of this my manicure and pedicure felt really rushed and the whole experience was disappointing as it was a one off treat for myself to have a bit of a pamper before my holiday and I just felt totally rushed out the door. I wasn't offered any discount or another appointment to finish my waxing so I won't be using this salon again
