The staff in the store were lovely courteous and very helpful when I was choosing a mattress for my daughter. They have measures in place in store to ensure they are Covid safe without going OTT! Good selection of beds and mattresses. When you buy a bed or a mattress always best to visit the store to test them out
Staff are initially helpfull, shame that they cant keep there promises. A 4 week wait turned into an 8 week delay, then an extra 2 weeks, so gave up and asked for refund. Werent even bothered about the problem.
Friendly staff when purchased the bed,and delivery was as planned and was kept in contact through out.

Walk Away. Never ever spend ANY money with Bensons, be warned! ORDER: A5764264 One star is too much for this shambolic outfit. The faster this company goes into administration the better - if only to stop other poor people spending money on cheap quality nasty goods (that's if they turn up at all!) We purchased a single bed and mattress for our autistic son, not cheap either, about 599 for the lot. Within 6 months the mattress was unusable and he was rolling into the middle of the bed where there was a visible depression in the mattress. Bensons - zero interest. They wanted me to get an independent review at my cost, so I argued and argued and eventually they sent out a Homeserve inspector at the end of January 2020. He ruled the mattress unfit for purpose and faulty. Its now July 2020 and COVID lockdown aside, it has not been replaced or reimbursed. They have stalled and lied numerous times to the point where I am taking out legal action. My boy has not had a comfortable bed since we bought from Bensons. They are liars and will happily take your money and you'll be lucky (or unlucky depends how you see it) to receive their nasty, bad quality goods. The company has zero idea how to look after their customers, how to deliver a good service or how to provide quality goods. WALK AWAY. Never spend a penny with Bensons and please do your due diligence. Just go and look up reviews for this company and save yourself an awful lot of heartache. Judge for yourself and be warned. The in-store staff were very friendly and accomodating. The products might seem a bit overpriced overall, so it is best to be on the lookout for when they have promotion sales on. The quality of the products is good.
