Very good store people very helpful and friendly. Especially Staff on self checkout like this lady which pay for me 2.97 because i had bank ISSUE and she didn't want nothing back she an angel and deservet for pay raise. VERY MUCH THANK YOU FOR YOUR KIDNESS GOD BLESS YOU

The worst customer service ever. I had first click and collect collection there and at the time I arrived there were no points or signs to get me through to the collection point. Then the customer service was only able to send mie to security guard - redicuolous. As you can know already he has no idea what's all about and ask me to come back later or next day morning. So I called the customer service desk and have been declined as a customer but when I choose option 2 as a colleague someone's picked up the phone and finally gave me direction to the collection point. When I get there, my groceries was like disaster! They gave me a lot of bags to pack myself of course, but behind my car was so huge queue so I hadn't time to do it as my order was like 80. It was totally disaster, I do not recommend click and collect option in Redditch to anybody . Very disappointed.
easy place to get in and out lager carpark space the way in has access for wheelchair users and customer by the entrance they a nice little cafe the store layout is very big and bright has anything u would need to get good value also friendly helpful staff place was very clean loads of garden plants to buy outside of the store
Asda Cafe, struggling to make the Great Food and Quality Ingredients actually presentable...ok if you want a pizza, as someone else obviously makes these and they just heat them up.... but trying to get a hot baked potato and reasonable presentation from someone who knows what to do is obviously a step too far...wont be back unfortunately!
The store was well stocked bar toilet roll!
