My mother has just been in this hospital for the weekend with vertigo. Everyone that I have spoken to had been very kind and helpful. I now live near Chichester and was very worried about my Mum. Had my son in the hospital 28years ago and that was a wonderful experience. Take care everyone your doing an amazing job especially at the moment.

It is very clear the medical secretaries are not answering calls or returning calls. tried many times and it was only when threatening a complaint the reception desk put me through and amazingly she answered. The person spoken to was rude, aggressive and unhelpful, promised a call back, never happened.
Went here on 21 July because I had gone to Russell's Hall Hospital on instruction of my GP and NHS 111nurse both who said I needed to go to A and E for x-ray. Receptionist said I could not guarantee I would be x-rayed as I was injured in an accident 2 weeks ago. Was only entitled to be seen in walk in centre. Different attitude at Alexandra Hospital. Nurse booked x-ray and I saw an excellent clinician. All staff were efficient and friendly. Excellent service and treatment for fracture. Advice on care was superb. If I am ever involved in another accident I will beg to be taken to this hospital!!!!! The staff should be commended.
