My meal was incorrect and 2 items I had purchased were not given to me. I called and asked to be refunded for just the 2 omitted items and explained that they didn’t give me my full order. The staff just said “why” in a rude manner and acted like it was wrong for me to be asking. The positives are that the service was fast and the food was still well made. Service could be improved

Fast service and the food was fresh hot and hit the spot. This wendy's has stepped up their game for sure. Great custom service fast and prompt. The app made it extremely easy to order and pick up with great offers and discount. This wendy's use to fall short but whatever they did different worked cause I've enjoyed my food every time I go in now:)

Omg i am.in love THE BEST BEST BEST WENDY I've ever been to!!! My food was hot and fresh. The buns was super soft as if they just naked it the bacon cooked perfectly my fries were hot and perfectly salted ...never in my 35years have I ever got such freshness from any fast food
