Waited in drive thru for 45 min, with 2 cars in front of me. When I am helped I am told I dont have a prescription to pick up. I told the attendant I was called and told I had a prescription ready, and he simply said I didn't. I get home and call, and a different attendant immediately found it and said it has been ready since yesterday. Please do something, this person is not just a cashier, he hands out LIFE SAVING MEDICINE, not candy bars. He should be held to a higher standard.
2nd time I tried to get a medication transfered and they botched it up. They said they didn't get it but I got an email saying they did. So they call my doctor and mess that up too. Heading into week 2 with no medication or answers. Tried pharmacy chat and not working. I'm afraid if I call they'll be rude again. They've been short a few times with me and witnessed others getting hammered on too. I understand it's a busy location but almost 2 weeks no excuse for this.
This is the worst pharmacy I’ve EVER been to. Was told my Rx would be ready at 4:15. Came in 5 1/2 hours later to be told it wasn’t ready yet and that I needed to wait another 1/2 hour. Every time ANY doctor office sends over a rx for me, Walgreens claims they never received it. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
This pharmacy is absolutely unorganized they make 1 person wait for 30mins for meds in the drive threw because there lack of work they are also rude the guy at night seems to be Dipping in the medication im so ready to move pharmacy im in line now been here since 545 and its now 705 and still have 3 cars Ahead of me this is just ridiculous
Its obvious that this location doesn't care about customer service. Look at their reviews they have been horrible for anojng time and yet they refuse to hire more people?! I've waited 45 min in this drive thru for service, it's horrible!!!
Today the blonde , older lady working in the Pharmacy was so rude. My prescription is due on the 18th , She tried to say it isn't due until April 5th , thats not possible . She gave me wrong info, then she gave the worst customer service. Sorry honey u shouldn't be helping the Public !!!
