I am a caregiver for Visiting Angels. I worked for four other in-home health care agencies for the past 6 years. Visiting Angels is the absolute best there is! Employees and clientele are treated with the utmost courtesy, professionalism and care. I am proud to be a member of their team. Anyone needing services for your loved ones need not go anywhere else as they are the best in every aspect.

This is a great company that values and cherishes it’s customers and employers. They value the quality of life of those around them and are professional and trustworthy.
We have a dear friend at the Veterans Home who has been moved to the side of the home for more care and can’t go out with us for lunch anymore. We learned that the Visiting Angels can take him out and we can meet them at the restaurant, so that is what we have been doing. Brenda, our “Angel” is such a sweetie! Our friend really likes her and she is a breath of fresh air for all of us! We appreciate our friends at “Visiting Angels” very much!
I’ve only been with Visiting Angels for 4 months now and have been loving it so far! The whole staff are super kind and giving and I’m sure I can say to all of us working here.
I want to thank the staff and Debbie, my worker who helped me in so many ways while I recovered from a major eye surgery. She provided caring support while respecting my need to be as independent as I could. She was always punctual for times and made herself available if emergencies should arise. Debbie also helped to provide emotional support, as I did struggle with some depression right after the surgery. I am very grateful to Debbie for her gentle manner and kindness. I am glad that Visiting Angels is in my area. I highly recommend their services!I Sincerely, Edith Broce
Best place ever.
I was not allowed to interview or pick our care provider. One was chosen for my mom who lives with me in my home and for whom I am paying the bill for. When voicing my concerns to case manager she assured me the case worker would call me about my mother and touch base with me when I was out of town. Then next day she calls and argumentively wanted to know why I needed to talk with case worker. I told her I was not feeling comfortable not having met this person and wanted to at least meet her over the phone. This woman had keys to my home yet I wasn't to talk to her or meet her? Their tactics about constantly asking me why I would need the case worker to do anything other than prepare a meal for my mom at 50 per visit was ridiculous and insulting to me. They did little in the way of performing the tasks they advertise and spoke to me about. I realize now that the person they assigned to my mom was not a self starter and needed direction preparing moms meal as she made unwise choices opening many packages of fresh food without using up the already open packages. Alot of food needed to be thrown out. No wonder they didn't want me to meet her. I don't believe she was capable of communicating well and for that matter neither was the case manager. She made me feel on trial every time she called me. Always questioning herself and me the next day after we would speak. She is way too young and has little work and life experience to be in this industry. A complete waste of money and NO RESPITE for this overburdened handicapped caregiver.
