This motel is by far one of the cleanest and most comfortable motels I have ever stayed at. When checking out I even asked what beds they have, they are more comfortable than mine at home!! On top of this, the service was great, they were very helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgable about the surrounding area and gave me some great recommendations on where to eat and what to go see. If I'm looking for a place to stay in this area again there's no doubt I'll be back here. On top of being clean quiet and comfortable, the rates are hard to beat!

Prices are reasonable, clean, comfortable, owners are nice but strict and feels like ur at home. I would stay here then at these other hotels in Redding.
Not the most helpful staff, but the rooms were very nice and clean .
The room is clean and staff is nice. The neighbor next door was noisy watching TV from 3 am and right now is 4am.(still watching) Called the front desk and it didn't work. As the wall can't keep any noise away. Basically the TV is just on the other side of the wall where our bed is towards. Couldn't sleep the whole night. If you want to have a good night sleep without noise, I recommend to find a different place.

This is a true gem. The rooms were nice and clean. What really stood out was the customer service. The guy at the service desk recommend a local Thai place that was SO good. I also forgot my pillows here and they kept the safe and clean for me to pick up on my way back through . Thank you for one of the best hotel experiences on this trip .
This place was the worst stay of my entire life. At checkout the lady walked in my room and said it's dirty I'm taking 20 deposit for cleaning. The room was immaculate. It's a rip-off stay away.
The room we slept in the first night was clean but the second room on the way home was not so nice. Internet was very poor.
